Eliot has helped many clients over the years achieve their financial planning goals, and has learned the right questions to ask to develop successful strategies for each client. He and his wife, Kathy, specifically created The Investors Center, Inc. and then partnered with RJFS to offer an independent platform for quality planning and investment services, particularly for clients with complex needs.
Eliot is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant and a Certified Fund Specialist. Each designation requires rigorous certification and continuing education, and emphasizes the value he places on professional involvement and development.
Eliot holds numerous industry licenses, including securities registration as both a registered principal and a registered representative with RJFS and Insurance licenses from many states. He is also Partnership Certified for Long Term Care by the State of Connecticut.
He belongs to various professional groups, such as the Financial Planning Association, the Hartford CFA Society, the CFA Institute, the National Association of Tax Professionals, the Institute of Certified Fund Specialists, and the Estate & Business Planning Council of Greater Hartford. A University of Connecticut graduate, Eliot earned his B.S. in Finance and completed graduate work in taxation at the University of Hartford.
