For more than four decades, Eliot has been guiding clients to plan confidently and live fully. He engages in meaningful conversations that bring clarity to their hopes and dreams, translating these aspirations into actionable plans. Eliot created The Investors Center to offer an independent platform for quality planning and investment services, particularly for clients with complex needs.

Eliot believes in having direct, compassionate conversations that others might avoid, knowing this leads to the highest level of success. While financial planning and market performance are important, what matters more is the life you want to create and sustain. Eliot is passionate about working with clients to uncover their vision for that life and to pursue the practical steps needed to realize it.

As a Certified Financial Planner™, Eliot upholds the rigorous standards of ongoing continuing education. He boasts a portfolio of industry licenses, including securities registration as a registered principal and registered representative with RJFS, and holds insurance licenses across multiple states. Additionally, Eliot is Partnership Certified for Long Term Care by the State of Connecticut.

Eliot is one of the select group of professionals nationwide to earn the Certified Aging­in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation. This credential identifies him as a Financial Advisor with the skills and knowledge necessary to remodel or modify a home to meet the unique needs of the older population, disabled owners, or visitors. His membership in the National Aging In Place Council (NAIPC) and The MIT AgeLab Longevity Council further underscores his commitment to this specialized field.

Beyond these distinctions, Eliot is actively involved in various professional groups, including the Financial Planning Association, the Hartford CFA Society, the CFA Institute, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and the Estate & Business Planning Council of Greater Hartford. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Finance, Eliot has also pursued graduate studies in taxation at the University of Hartford.

Eliot resides in Burlington and enjoys attending live music performances, traveling, and cooking.
