In her role as Client Relationship Manager, Heather serves as a crucial liaison between The Investors Center and operations at Raymond James Financial Services. Heather’s reassuring demeanor and engaging personality, puts clients at ease by ensuring them that their concerns will be handled with competence and care. She diligently oversees the accurate completion of paperwork and aids clients in comprehending intricate account details.

Prior to joining The Investors Center, Heather successfully managed the office of a firm specializing in annuity-structured settlements. She also brings with her several years of paralegal experience across various domains, including general practice law, corporate law, real estate, and involvement with the state of Connecticut. Heather holds the title of Notary of the Public and is an alumna of Northwestern Connecticut Community College.

A Connecticut native, Heather is a competitive tennis player and dog mom to Winnie and Lexie.
